Unless specifically stated to the contrary, all price quotes are FOB Hoosick Falls, NY and do not include shipping charges or sales tax, if applicable.
Cash with order or C.O.D.: (Cash or Cashier's Check)
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted ($15.00 minimum)
Open accounts are established by submitting a signed credit application. Upon approval, terms are NET 30 DAYS. A 1% monthly service charge (12%/yr.) will be added to account balances over 30 days old. Orders from accounts with past due invoices will be sent C.O.D.
A $20.00 fee will be added to the account for returned checks.
Please report any shortages or errors within 5 days after receipt of order, otherwise the order will be considered complete.
Customers are liable for all orders sent C.O.D. and refused at time of delivery.
Stock items are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
