Please note that:

• Our turn-around time is measured in business days, not calendar days.
• The “clock” doesn’t start running until we’ve received from you approved artwork that we’ve reviewed for completeness and “printability.”
• In the case of digital prints, the clock doesn’t start until we’ve received: 1) your electronic art file that we’ve successfully opened and checked for sufficient resolution at full size; 2) color references or PMS colors, if you want us to match specific colors; and 3) your approval of a printed proof, if you specify that we send a proof prior to printing the job (see Proofs).
• If you require a proof prior to our running the job, be sure to add to your schedule time it takes for us to generate a proof, ship you the proof, and get back either your approval to proceed or changes to be made.  Each additional round of proofs of course adds to the time frame, and to the cost of the job ($75.00 per proof; see Proofs for details).
