Whether
for a quote or production, there are a number of easy ways to send, transfer or deliver your files to
Graphitek:
SHIP ‘EM:
Mail, FedEx, UPS or otherwise physically send your files on a CD, DVD,
Iomega ZIP (250 MB or 100MB) to Graphitek, Inc., 4883 NY State Rte 67, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090. Be sure to include a disk directory printout for each disk sent, along with a hard copy of what we’re to produce and other relevant instructions.
If you want us to match colors you must include PMS references or color
swatches. If no color references are included will will assume that exact
color matching is NOT required! For complete information on how to prepare your files see
Preparing Files.
EMAIL 'EM:
If your art files are small enough, simply email them directly to the
Graphitek Customer Service
rep who is working with you on your project.
Please include a pdf of what the finished job is meant to look like.
Remember! If we're producing a digital print for you and you want specific
color matching you MUST let us know. We'll otherwise assume that
color matching is not critical.
HTTP 'EM – HYPER TEXT TRANSFER PROTOCOL: Now you can quickly and easily upload your files to our
servers using our web-based upload form at http://www.graphitek.com/uploads/

FTP 'EM – FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL:
You can quickly and easily upload your files to our ftp
server at ftp.graphitek.com. For instructions on our file transfer protocol please
click here.
DROP ‘EM OFF!
You’re always welcome to deliver files at our office, located at
