The standard turn-around time at Graphitek runs anywhere from 3 to 7 business days depending on our workload when you place your order, the complexity of your order, and the quantity of your order. Jobs are typically produced in (roughly) the order they are received. Should you require rush service we can usually accommodate your needs. However, we’ll need your help to successfully rush a job through our system including:
- Artwork that is complete, approved, and of acceptable quality, so that we can get your job into production as soon as possible.
- Prompt and complete responses from you should we need further information or approval during the production process.
- Immediate access to you, either by phone, cellphone or email, so that we can quickly contact you should questions arise during production.
- Complete shipping instructions and an accurate ship-to address, if you want the job shipped to a third-party location.
If your rush job requires us to work overtime, overnight or through the weekend, which we’ll readily do in order to meet your deadlines, then there will be a rush charge fee, which will be quoted to you in advance, and applied to your invoice ONLY with your prior approval.
