All Graphitek digital printing is done with solvent-based, UV-resistant, exterior-grade inks for fade-free, long-life graphics.  All our digitally printed graphics can be used outdoors as well as inside, with no fear of fading or water damage. In most cases we recommend a UV-resistant overlaminate (available in a matte, luster or high-gloss finish) on top of the printed graphics for additional protection against fading, abrasion and other damage.  With our highest-quality substrates, we can warranty up to 5 years exterior exposure with no color fade.  As a Viacom Outdoor approved vendor, manufacturer and installer, you can be assured your project will be completed with the superior quality your clients expect and deserve.

Because everything we print is digitally processed, each of your prints can be customized as you wish, so long as you supply us with the appropriate, print-ready art files (see preparing files).  This allows for endless customization and personalization of each print.  And whether you want one-color or full-color printing, it’s all the same to us.  There is no up-charge for full-color printing, so don’t be shy when it comes to full-color graphics.

Most of our printing is at resolutions of 360 to 540 dpi. If necessary (and if the quality of your artwork allows!) we can print resolutions up to 1,440 dpi for photo-realistic output.  For large graphics such as trucks, oversize banners and billboards that are viewed from a distance we more typically print at 100 dpi.  If you have questions about print resolution and what is suitable for your job, simply call Graphitek at 1-800-423-4371 and a friendly, informed customer service rep will happily answer all your questions.

We print up to 58” wide by any length.  For larger banners, billboards and wall murals we typically print overlapping panels.  For projects wider than 58” we typically print vertical panels in a “wallpaper” fashion, with a ½” overlap at each seam.  This allows for wall murals, billboards, banners and truck graphics of unlimited size.  Individual panels also allows for ease of installation.
