However, if you're new to Graphitek the easiest way to
get started is to simply pick up the phone and call
us on our toll free line. Introduce yourself
as a new customer, tell us what you looking for, ask any
questions you might have, and we'll quickly get back to
you with a quote on your project.
In addition to the phone,
established customers
also communicate with Graphitek on a daily basis via email,
snail-mail, FedEx and fax. However, our primary method of communication is, quite simply, the phone!
We pride ourselves on answering every call in person,
using voicemail as little as possible. Regular customers call us
daily to get quotes, place orders, ask questions, modify their selections, etc.
So don't hesitate to pick up the phone and call; that's
why we're here!
Graphitek customers use fax and email to send in orders, transmit files, etc. Smaller
electronic files are often emailed to us as attachments.
Larger files are usually transferred to our FTP site (click
here for information on how to use our FTP site) or
are mailed to us on a CD or DVD, along with project
details and specifications.
